Berni Simo

Movement is a defining pillar of my life. I pursued an active lifestyle. I then studied functional anatomy, psychology, physiotherapy and human kinesiology at the University of Physical Education.


  As time progressed, I became more and more interested in Eastern healing, yoga, Ayurveda, and meditation.


Thus, although science is a little bit closer to me, I am a believer of the holistic approach.


I believe that body-soul-spirit energy balance will get you on the path to happiness.


In addition, I am fully committed to Mindfulness. Nowadays, I see the presence with a positive focus as the biggest helper for the ever-expanding mental symptoms.


I believe that if our body is in good condition, we can strengthen our soul sooner and this works in reverse as well.
